When seller ships the order, a tracking number will be provided (If you select the free shipping, maybe there is no tracking number). You can track your order on carrier company website.
You can also do so following the steps:
- 1. Log on to Your Actablet.com account or find "Search for Orders" in the navigation on the left side in the home page and then sign in.
- 2. Find "Search for Orders" in the navigation on the left side.
- 3. fill in the order number which you want to track on.
- 4. After you have been directed to an "Order Detail" page, click "Status History & Comments" button on the top menu. Then you can find the tracking NO. and the courier website.
- 5. Go to courier website and input your tracking NO.
Please keep in mind it may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by Carrier Company. If 3 days later, you can not get the tracking information of your order, please contact your seller for more information.
