1. If you are not satisfied with a product because it is faulty, you can send it back to us for a refund within a period of 30 days after you have received it. Please note that the shipping fee is not refunded.

This means that the buyer must pay the shipping fee to us before the item is returned for repair. If the buyer has damaged the item(s) and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of the components. (For example, the screen for a cellphone might cost $20 to $30, and the motherboard for a cellphone $15 to $25).
In all instances, no matter what the reason for returning the goods, the buyer must pay the shipping fees for returning the item to us. Whether you are requesting a refund, repair or exchange, you must send the item back before we can take action and proceed. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund, repair or exchange immediately.
